Our Policy: No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds on any products sold. All sales are final.
However, we understand that sometimes an item may be damaged during transit or may not be what you expected. In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product or provide store credit for a future purchase, provided the following conditions are met.
1. Exchange & Store Credit Time Frame
You have 1 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit.
2. Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all original contents.

For clothing items (like Kurtis), all original tags must remain attached.
3. Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene and other reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings.

Stickers (if the packaging is opened or the sticker is peeled).

Any item marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”.

Gift Cards.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange Request

Contact Us: Please email our support team at officialcozykart@gmail.com within the 1-day window. Use the subject line: “Exchange Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”.

Provide Details: In your email, you must include:

Your full name and order number.

The name of the item you wish to return.

Clear photos of the item, especially if you are reporting damage. This is mandatory.

Await Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions and the address to ship the item back to us. Do not send items back without approval.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Processing Your Exchange or Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If the item meets all conditions, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit in the form of a unique coupon code.

This process typically takes 2-3 business days after the item is received at our facility.

Store credit will be for the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in our packaging. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement for the same item at no additional charge.
