Shipping Policy for CozyyKart

Thank you for shopping with CozyyKart! We are excited to get your order to you. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time (Very Important)

Our business hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days AFTER your payment has been confirmed by our team.

  • Since we currently accept manual payments (UPI / Bank Transfer), the processing time begins only when we have verified receipt of your payment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a notification email once your payment is confirmed and your order status is changed to “Processing”.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to keep our shipping rates simple and affordable.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹60 on all orders across India.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹2000 or more.

The estimated delivery time for all orders is typically 5-8 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • Please double-check your address details before placing your order.

  • CozyyKart is not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

6. Damaged Items in Transit

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
